Keep the fleet running.
Keep Australia moving.
AgRec Trades finds heavy diesel mechanics, fitters, and truck drivers for farms, mine sites, and transport operators right across Australia. No city agency guesswork, just people who know the trade.
Four trade lines. One phone call.
Every docket below is a trade line we recruit for right now, built around the equipment and rosters that keep sites, depots, and roads running across the country.
Heavy diesel mechanics
Diagnosing faults, rebuilding engines, and keeping heavy diesel plant running, from headers to haul trucks. Certificate III qualified, equally at home in the workshop or out in the field.
HD, drill & digger fitters
Fitters who strip, repair, and maintain haul trucks, drill rigs, excavators, and loaders. FIFO and DIDO rosters including 8 on 6 off, 2 on 1 off, and 2 on 2 off, wherever the site is.
Truck & road train drivers
MC and HC licensed drivers moving grain, livestock, fuel, and general freight. Local runs, regional routes, and long haul work, whatever the load and wherever it's headed.
Plant operators & general trades
Excavator, loader, and grader operators, plus welders and fabricators, ready for shutdowns, seasonal peaks, and civil works on sites nationwide.
We're not a call centre. We're the workshop next door.
Built on AgRec's name
AgRec has placed people across Australia for years, on relationships, not job board keywords. AgRec Trades runs on the same trust, extended into mechanical and transport crews.
One pool, three industries
The same mechanic who services a header at harvest can service a haul truck on shutdown. We recruit across ag, mining, and transport because the trades themselves already do.
No hire, no fee
You only pay when we place someone who starts and stays. It's a one off placement fee too, no second or third year retention charges chasing you down the track. No retainers, no upfront cost, no risk while you wait for the right person to turn up.
Two ways in, one desk running both.
Whether you're a site needing a fitter by Monday or a mechanic looking for your next roster, the process runs through the same team.
